When will you be fully operational?

We are so excited to bring this initiative to you. We will be adding new pages and photos to the website as we go. You can purchase subscriptions and gifts now! Plus there are lots of extra features we are planning for 2018. It is going to be a great year for Gurgl!

Why is Gurgl so good?

We provide the greenest clothes in New Zealand. These are the ‘greenest’ because they are already made. No further resources are required to get bub a new wardrobe. Our clothes are the most convenient, because we deliver them straight to your door! Finally believe in providing real value for money, it’s why we don’t use any expensive packaging! And in fact if you send us the clothes back in our lovely Gurgl box, we will reuse it as many times as is possible.

What ages do you cover?

Gurgl stocks baby clothing up to age two. We have big plans to extend this – if our customers want it? Do you? There are also plans to stock maternity wear. We’ll let you know once we are set up for this.

Can I donate clothes?

We’d love to receive the clothing that you children have out grown. If we are to get the best use out of your clothing it should be in good nick. If you wouldn’t put your child in it, we won’t be able to use it either. If you’re in the greater Wellington region, you can call us to arrange collection.
Out of town? You can post it to Gurgl HQ, drop us a line and we can help you organise this.

If I order now when will I receive my Bundle?

We have a state of the art freight system. When we dispatch your order, you receive an email letting you know all the details. Orders placed before Midday will usually be dispatched that afternoon. If you order after 12pm it may take and extra night. You can check our full delivery terms here.

When will I be billed?

You will be automatically billed on the same day of the month that you paid for your first box! So if your first purchase was 15th January, your next payment would be 15th February. Your Gurgl Bundle will be dispatched shortly after we receive payment.

What are your fees?

Gurgl does not have any joining fees, or any cancellation fees. Plus there is no charge to be a member! There are no set terms, you can cancel your membership at any time.
The only time we will charge more than you expect, is if you do not return your hired clothing subscription to us. We will charge you for kept items. Each item of clothing is worth $5 to us as a stock item. As a result, your credit card will be charged $75, to cover our lost items.

Can I change my….?

Simply log-in to your account that you set up, and click the “My Account” tab. Here you can change your personal details, and addresses. You can pause, or cancel your subscriptions. If you need to change the date of your subscription, email us the dates you want to change your delivery to. This is never an issue.

Can I gift a box?

Sure you can! All you need to do is ensure that in the SHIPPING section at checkout, you put the recipients details. They will never see a receipt, or billing information, so long as you put YOUR information in the BILLING section at check out.

Do you store my credit card details?

No, even though our site is completely secure, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. We use STRIPE, who handle 28% of all online transactions in the world. They handle the recurring subscriptions on our behalf.

What does PYO mean?

PYO stands for ‘pick you own’. We have lots of lovely clothing that doesn’t fit the requirements of our Bundles. Items like shoes, coats and special occasion clothing. You can hire these items in addition to your subscription. Simply pick the items you’d like, and add them to your cart. We’ll add it to your next delivery. You return them with the box of clothes at the end of the month.
